June 2003 -- Office Manager Holly Witzer appointed to position of Projector Coordinator.
In 2003, Holly Witzer was appointed to the position of Project Coordinator for all custom programming projects. Since then, Holly has managed countless projects for a wide variety of clientele. President of Control Concepts, Steve Greenblatt commented; ”as Control Concepts manages more than one hundred programming projects annually, it is necessary to have a dedicated individual as our point person for projects. Our clients need to know that whenever they call our office there is a knowledgeable individual available who is intimate with their projects and can answer all of their questions and concerns.”


Holly received a BS in Business and Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of NJ, in 1995 and then went on to receive a computer programming degree from the CHUBB Institute. Just prior to joining Control Concepts, she worked in software testing and quality assurance. Holly has brought that knowledge and expertise to CCI as she can easily identify with what it takes to develop and maintain a quality process. At the time of her appointment Holly Witzer stated, “I am looking forward to working with Control Concepts’ clients. I aim to provide a conduit for sales, management, and technical personnel to quickly answer questions, provide project status and timelines, as well as resolve any problems that may occur in the process of completing these complex projects.”

Enhanced communication, procedures, and workflow have long since been a primary focus in order to provide clients with confidence when working with Control Concepts Inc. “For many independent programming firms the roll of project coordination was historically deferred to programming staff because they were most technically knowledgeable and intimate with the individual projects… but unfortunately not always available,” remarked Mike Korinko, Senior Programmer, “We often found ourselves onsite working on one project while fielding phone calls related to other projects which proved to be an inefficient use of time. Holly has eased that strain and has allowed us to focus on the task at hand.”
